Picture this – a tricked out bright red colored bus traveling coast to coast to a local farm near you. On the bus, are six collaborating chefs on their way to prepare delicious organic meals to as many as 100 diners at a time. Guests gather in the late afternoon for hor d’ouerves, wine and introductions before dinner. Right before sunset, you are invited to a long communal table to break bread with nature and your newly found friends. This is an adventure, an experience, and a journey. I can’t wait until the Outstanding In The Field team pitch their grills at my local farm.
