Petite-Fete has the honor of being a participant and we are so excited. The amazing goody bag alone is enough to go but think about all the fabulous vendors who will be in attendance. If you’re there, make sure to stop by our table and say Hi! Tickets maybe purchased here:

Thursday, January 28th, 2010Special thanks to all the special brides we met at Roslyn Bridal Expo. We had a blast and enjoyed networking with all the other lovely vendors. What is that Rosey and I are holding? Well that is a local Long Island magazine called Pulse – they are doing a feature on the show and on Petite-Fete – more updates on that to come!!

Here is a true blue classic! This is a Vintage Tiffany inspired fab event. Check on the nostalgic references … black and white photos, polaroid cameras, tiered petits four displays, huge dark Jackie O shades, pearl jewelry, and sterling silver to name a few. I think my favs are those huge diamond ice sculptures adorning the bar. Theme well done.
{Avian Invasion}
Thursday, October 29th, 2009Isn’t this just too cute! I really can’t stand it. I know that I have an obesession with all things avian but this is just too much. This hommage paid to our feathered friends was expertly captured by Canadian based photographer Lucida Photography. What I enjoy about this event is how the theme is carried out throughout from the table design, stationery, cake, favors, etc. Absolutely breathtaking!
{Sunday Supper}
Tuesday, September 1st, 2009{Photography by Karen Mordechai}
Two Sundays ago, RoseyYnot and I attended a soiree. We and eighteen others we had never met before collaborated and prepared a full three course gourmet meal under the direction of professional chefs including Aran from Canelle et Vanille! We laughed and shared stories all while we cooked. Then we ate. We all ate what we cooked together on a beautiful yet simple communal table in a Williamsburg loft overlooking lower Manhattan. After I left I was reminded about what was important in life. Joining together with friends to share and enjoy life. I decided I would try to continue this same practice – inviting friends over to have our own sunday supper.
