Returns and refunds

Given the seasonal nature of Little Holiday boxes, purchases made are non-refundable. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund. 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges on items as we only have limited quantities available for purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@littleholiday.com if any items are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.  If something is damaged, please take a photo and contact us at hello@littleholiday.com within 7 days after receiving your package and we will work to fit it!
